제 1 조 (목적)

1. 본 약관은 “heendoll.com”(이하 “블로그”)이 제공하는 인터넷 관련 서비스 및 콘텐츠를 이용함에 있어, 블로그 운영자와 이용자(이하 “회원” 또는 “방문자”)의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제 2 조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

1. 본 약관은 블로그 화면에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 이용자에게 공시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
2. 블로그 운영자는 관계 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 공지사항 또는 약관 페이지를 통해 사전 고지됩니다. 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있으며, 계속 이용하는 것은 약관 변경에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

제 5 조 (책임의 한계 및 면책 고지 – Disclaimer)

1. 정보의 정확성: 본 블로그에 게재된 정보 및 콘텐츠는 운영자의 개인적인 경험, 학습, 조사 등을 바탕으로 작성되었습니다. 운영자는 정보의 정확성, 완전성, 신뢰성을 보장하지 않으며, 시대의 변화나 법령 개정 등에 따라 최신 정보가 아닐 수 있습니다.

제 7 조 (관할 법원)

1. 본 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기될 경우, 블로그 운영자의 주소지를 관할하는 법원을 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)
